Health, Diet and Nutrition Coaching in Christchurch
Are you feeling less-than-awesome about your health, nutrition, body or energy?
'Holistic' is a word bandied around a lot, but I think without this kind of approach to nutrition and wholeness, we can waste our time and energy.
QUESTION: Why eat wholefoods, get off the sugar and move your body?
ANSWER: So you can get closer to that shiny freakin being that you are! All that crap is creating a buffer between you and your AWESOME. Yep, it's addictive. Yep, it's convenient and easy. Yep, when you let it go, you'll be so freaking stoked with yourself and feel so good, you'll kick yourself for not starting sooner.
You could get hit by a bus tomorrow...so when do you want to start feeling good?
