Spicy Chicken with Cultured Vegetables Recipe
I buy a few kilos of free-range, organic chicken breasts, slice them into ‘tenderloin’ sized pieces and stir through the paste below. I then freeze them individually so I can grab out 2-3 little pieces to thaw as needed without having to make up a marinade every time. This is a delicious texture combo with the spicy and salty.
