OMG these little beauties are super easy to make and a great dinner-party treat. They are sugar-free and filled with health-boosting, digestion-loving ingredients. Yay!
The Sugar-free Chocolate & Banana Kisses Recipe
Whizz the eggs and banana until they’re liquid and fluffy and then add other ingredients and blend. Using a dessert spoon, place spoonfuls of mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for around 6-7 minutes. Allow to cool on an oven rack.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Once the outside soft biscuits have cooled, dollop a spoonful of mixture onto the back of half of them then place the other halves on top. Try not to eat them all before the guests arrive!
