Sugar-free Chocolate & Banana Kisses

OMG these little beauties are super easy to make and a great dinner-party treat. They are sugar-free and filled with health-boosting, digestion-loving ingredients. Yay!

The Sugar-free Chocolate & Banana Kisses Recipe

Outside

  • 3 eggs (wonderful healthy source of protein)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp maca (great for hormone health)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (awesome for heart health)
  • 10 drops stevia

Whizz the eggs and banana until they’re liquid and fluffy and then add other ingredients and blend. Using a dessert spoon, place spoonfuls of mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for around 6-7 minutes. Allow to cool on an oven rack.

Inside

  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder (great for hormone health)
  • 2 Tsbp nut/seed butter (great for brain and heart health)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp coconut yoghurt (awesome for gut health and probiotics)
  • 10 drops stevia

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Once the outside soft biscuits have cooled, dollop a spoonful of mixture onto the back of half of them then place the other halves on top. Try not to eat them all before the guests arrive!
