
Stevia-sweetened hazlenut cakes (Gluten Free)
- 1/2 C hazelnut meal
- 1/2 carrot grated
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 12 drops stevia
- 1/4 tsp orange oil
Mix well and place in a loaf tin or any oven-proof container.
Bake at 180 C for 15 mins
Cool on a rack
Delicious warm out of the oven but also yummy and moist the next day fresh out of the fridge.
